LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Data Controller, in the performance of activities requested by the user, and the legal basis for processing is the express consent and/or legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached through hypertext links that may be published on the site, but refer to resources outside the domain of C4C.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Navigation data
No analytics systems are used and no user navigation is recorded.
At each access, the network server automatically downloads information about the visit. They are necessary data for the use of web services that include: IP addresses or the domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data, can be processed for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the site. They persist for 5 years (2+3 years), as they are used for statistical and reporting purposes and made available to the project promoter (EU).
Cookies and other tracking systems
Only non-persistent technical cookies are used, and they are strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites.
No third-party cookies and no cookies for user profiling are used.
Data provided by data subjects
The website contains a map created through a CSM with geolocalised posts, so that the activities carried out within the project by the participants (students, teachers) can be presented through cards and photographs.In order to upload content, it is necessary to fill in a form requesting some personal data: first name, surname and email address; and some event data: address (street, city, postcode and country), title, description and pictures of the event.
Among these data, only those related to the event will be published.Also in this case, personal data provided by the data subject will be used for statistical and project evaluation purposes, through the administration of optional evaluation questionnaires and to inform the data subject about the activities carried out. These data will be kept for the timeframe of the project itself (2 + 3 years).The contents of the events are under the full responsibility of those who upload them.Those who share content must ensure that it is lawful and that they have the necessary authorisations (e.g. in consideration of age, national and local laws, as well as the authorisation of the institution mentioned in the content and the authorisation of the people mentioned and/or involved in the content).Diciannove s. c. a r. l. cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for the data and images uploaded. Diciannove s. c. a r. l. reserves the right not to publish content deemed inappropriate, at its sole discretion.
RECIPIENTS OF DATA
Recipient of the collected data, as a service provider and Responsible party under Article 28 of the GDPR :

The data collected may also be used by the partners of the C4C project within the framework of the above-mentioned activities and purposes. This data may be used for statistical and reporting purposes and they will be made available by the project coordinator (CIFA ETS), in anonymous form, to the EU as a commissioning and financing body, for the timeframe of the project (2+3 years).
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Interested parties have the right to obtain from Diciannove s.c.a r.l., in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation thereof or the restriction of data processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations).

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, as provided for in art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation).
