Simulation of a COP Conference at school

On Monday, 6 November, LABC was the guest of the Itis Pininfarina in Moncalieri (To), to carry out with the students the first of the COP Conference simulations on the United Nations model, envisaged in the implementation of the C4C Project – Citizens for Climate. During the three-hour activity, starting from a reflection on the typical themes of the Conference of the Parties, we accompanied the children to become active and feel that they can be subjects of a discourse that concerns their lives, to discover that it is possible to dare, to have positions and take a stand, to compare with others and arrive at a consensus even starting from divergent points, showing them that indeed, the more divergent the starting points, the greater the openness of perspective. It was an amazing morning, intense and full of insights, which was also attended by CIFA colleagues, who will facilitate the next four meetings, also scheduled at the Itis Pininfarina in Moncalieri, with different classes.
