Laboratory on Biodiversity Loss
The Citizens for Climate (C4C) project continues. A project aimed at encouraging civic and democratic participation of citizens, especially young people, on local environmental issues through a wide range of tools and activities that will be carried out in four European countries: Italy, Poland, France, and Hungary, and that will engage us until 2024. On February 27th, we continued the workshop on biodiversity loss at the I.I.S Avogadro in Turin. In this meeting, through a connection from Uruguay, Valeria Barbi from the Wane Expedition presented several animal species at risk in the Piedmont region, a context on which the involved youth will carry out future work to deepen how biodiversity loss also concerns neighboring territories.
